In today's sea of AI technologies, which are being used to streamline support responses and reduce labor costs, it can feel like we are drowning in cold, robotic responses to real human issues. Daily, I am reminded how difficult it is to reach real people who actually take the time to care, understand, and assist. I am not "anti-AI", but I believe that real person-to-person communication is the most effective means of achieving goals, solving problems, and making a better world.
