ANY COMMUNICATION FROM HILLTOP REGARDING YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE SIGNED BY A HILLTOP EMPLOYEE BY NAME.  ALSO, WE WILL NEVER INCLUDE EXECUTABLE ATTACHMENTS OR ZIP FILES WITHOUT CONFIRMING THIS WITH YOU FIRST.
